Want an awesome, modern, and unique Guestbook experience at your wedding, baby shower, gender reveal, or special family event? You could still leave a book out for guests to write their names and very short one-liners, but our Audio Guestbook is an amazing experience for you and your special guests!
Before your event, you record your own personal message; thank your guests for attending and encourage them to leave a special message; words of encouragement, funny memories, advice, or more – whenever they hear the beep! Guests pick up the beautiful vintage phone and hear your personalized greeting, then they leave a message for you at the sound of the tone. Your guests speak for as long as they would like, then simply hang the phone back up on the receiver. It works simply and beautifully.
Every message is recorded in a high quality WAV format. We will upload all recordings online in a private link for you to download on your devices. Store and replay the messages on your computer, use them in your wedding/event videos, or upload them online to another site of your choice for listening, sharing, or safe-keeping!

Price is for up to an 8-hour rental. No tax. Free delivery, setup, and breakdown within thirty-five miles of Nashville ($2/per mile afterwards). Your date can be secured with a 25% deposit.
You can record an audio recording (or send a video and we can use the audio from it) to apply as your personal greeting before the event. We can record the greeting on the day of (on the phone!) if you insist but this can be difficult due to scheduling and audio at venues (soundcheck, etc) We also have the ability to hire a voice actor to read a script you provide.
For weddings, we provide the acrylic wedding sign and clear stand/base photographed with our Vintage Telephone. For other events we recommend clients print one 8×10 print with their own event-specific audio guestbook instructions, designed to their liking. Our Brides an Grooms may prefer to use their own designed instruction sign also! Frame your sign according to your decor and place it near the Audio Guestbook!
For even more engagement, we recommend our clients get two to three 8×10 prints – with their own words reminding their guests “Be Sure to Leave a Personal Message on the Audio Guestbook Telephone!”. Frame these prints in frames that match your decor. Place the reminders at places in the venue (near restrooms, entrance/exit, or beverage/service area).
Our Audio Guestbook Telephone should be placed near an electrical outlet. We can provide a table large enough for the Audio Guestbook and Sign but we encourage our clients to use their own if they prefer a specific style. We have some clients that rent nice antique-looking chairs, placing the guestbook on a side table for the chair. You may print large personalized instructions for guests in the form of a banner.
