To lock in your date and your favorite booth, we only require a 25% deposit up front. After that, you’ll have plenty of time to customize your package.
The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event, and final add-ons or enhancements can be selected anytime after booking — depending on availability.
Keep in mind, final payment is due 7 days before your event, so we recommend finalizing any upgrades in advance.

Yes — you can absolutely make changes to your booth selection or event enhancements, as long as they’re still available.
That said, we recommend reaching out early, especially if your event falls on a busy weekend. Because our booths and staff are in high demand, some options may book out quickly.
To keep things flexible, we do our best to accommodate updates and understand that plans can shift. However, certain booth changes may require additional charges, and all modifications are subject to availability.
